Meet Tom Heiber
Founder & CEO
Tom Heiber founded HeitechSoft in 2004 (originally Tom Heiber Consulting Inc.) and has spent 25+ years building technology solutions for Canadian businesses. As a Microsoft Certified Professional and Certified Business Analyst, he pairs hands-on technical depth with practical business judgment on every engagement. An author, panelist, and public speaker, Tom has grown HeitechSoft into an AI-first technology partner that serves organizations of all sizes, from owner-led firms to large enterprises.
An author and frequent speaker on applied AI, Tom serves as a Fractional CTO and leads HeitechSoft's AI implementation work across Ontario. He has been featured at technology conferences across North America as a panelist and speaker. Since 2022, he has run HeitechSoft as a working 'AI company experiment,' applying AI across the business and sharing what actually holds up in practice.

AI Solutions Consultant
Babajide is a builder at heart with 14+ years of turning ideas into products people actually want to use. He's scaled B2B and B2C platforms through product-led growth, rapid experiments, and a healthy obsession with solving real user problems. He co-founded a B2B marketplace that went from 0 to 50,000+ users and $2M ARR.
On the B2C side, he's gamified, optimized, and A/B tested his way to big wins like boosting onboarding by 183% and doubling user retention. He builds early agentic AI workflows, delivers AI-enablement training, and brings deep expertise in product strategy and go-to-market execution.

John Robertson
Sr. Business Analyst
John partners with executive teams to design and deliver AI-first operating systems end-to-end. He diagnoses friction, architects future-state workflows, and builds the full-stack systems, automations, and AI layers that replace manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes with intelligent, trackable pipelines.
His playbook spans AI-enabled operating models, custom intake/case platforms, agent-assisted triage and reporting, automation across internal tools, and governance-ready SOPs. John has led transformations in SaaS, healthcare, real estate, logistics, and compliance-heavy environments where complexity is high and execution risk is real.
Michael Pape
AI R&D Developer
Michael bridges frontier AI research and production-grade engineering. He evaluates and fine-tunes cutting-edge and private models, optimizes inference pipelines, and hardens them for privacy-conscious deployments. With experience across Java, Node.js, and Rust, he builds performant services that keep latency low and reliability high.
