LinkedIn is where many owners find clients, partners and hires, and keep up with their industry. But the feed is ranked to keep you scrolling, so the posts that matter sit between ads, “suggested for you” posts and engagement bait. unAlgorithm folds that noise into a thin line you can still open, and never touches posts from the people you follow.
Unlike blockers that hide things silently, or AI tools that send your feed to someone else's cloud, it explains every decision, runs its rules in your browser, and leaves the choice of whether, and where, AI is used to you.
In public preview for Chrome 130 or newer (and other Chromium browsers) on a computer, and not yet on the Chrome Web Store. Install steps, help and the privacy policy are on the official website, unalgorithmfeed.com. LinkedIn and Facebook need to be set to English for now, and Facebook support is in preview.

Turn on the optional AI and it also spots off-topic posts, engagement bait and rage bait: posts written to provoke a reaction rather than tell you anything useful.
Safe to put on a work computer
No account, no analytics, no tracking. Rules run in your browser, and nothing leaves it unless you turn on AI. Who you follow and what you read is business information, and it stays with you. The code is open source, so your IT team can check it.

No subscription, no seat licences and no sign-up. AI on your own computer or a local model is free too. With your own API key and a small model, it costs about a cent per 100 posts.

Explainable by default
Every hidden post has a Why? button that shows what was detected, with one-click fixes like "Always show this person" and Undo. People stay in charge of every decision.
Private by architecture
Rules run on your device, and Chrome's built-in AI can too. When a post does go to an AI service, emails, phone numbers and tagged names are masked first. Author names, profile links, comments and images are never sent.
No model lock-in
Use Chrome's on-device AI, your own key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter or Groq, or a local model through Ollama or LM Studio. Switch whenever you like.
Fails safe
If a site changes its layout and detection looks wrong, unAlgorithm stops hiding and tells you, rather than hiding posts by mistake.
Open source
The code is public under the AGPL-3.0 licence, so anyone can see exactly what it does with a feed, and what it doesn't.
